A new name for Baily Garner (Health and Safety) Limited

We are delighted to announce that on the 1st May 2025, Baily Garner (Health and Safety) Limited will become PIB Risk Management Limited. In April 2022, BGHS was acquired by PIB Group Limited and became part of PIB Group.

The legal entity will be changed from Baily Garner Health and Safety Limited to PIB Risk Management Limited and contracts will be moved to PIB Risk Management Limited. This change will see the existing team become part of one of the UK’s leading insurance & risk advisory businesses.

The BGHS team have been working closely with the wider PIB team since their acquisition and as a result are able to offer a much broader range of services building on our strong consultancy background at BGHS. Many clients have already utilised PIB Risk Management’s training & xCenta, our safety and risk management software.

The existing team at BGHS will remain the same and clients can expect to continue to deal with their usual contact, providing the same friendly and professional service as before, just under a new name.

We look forward to welcoming staff and clients to the PIB Risk Management brand, laying the foundation for further opportunities and additional benefits in the future.

We will continue to offer our clients a wide range of products and services, allied with real competitiveness and value for money, hopefully exceeding expectations in terms of efficiency, expertise and choice.
