Access to a Risk Manager
We will provide your business and its employees with up-to-date advice and guidance via telephone, email and regular face-to-face visits. We will allocate a dedicated risk manager to your business who will work with you, supported by others in our team when their specific
expertise is beneficial.

Training Providers
As an approved training provider with UKATA, CITB and IOSH, we offer a wide range of standard and tailored training courses to keep the knowledge and skills of your employees up to date in all matters relating to health and safety, from the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations
through to General Safety Awareness. Training can be held ‘in-house’ or at our offices.

Document Provision
We can assist with the compilation of Health and Safety Management Systems including Health and Safety Policies, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and templates for Safe Systems of Work and various forms. In addition to this we can provide bespoke procedures or site registers.

A guide is provided for all documentation/forms provided so you can understand how they are used or where they fit into the H&S management system. Training can also be provided throughout the company on specific areas of the management system.  Where companies already have a safety management system in place, we can review and standardise the documentation working closely with your team to ensure the system remains relevant and user-friendly whilst
being compliant.

Pre Contract Assistance
We can provide CDM/Principal Designer Support as part of the Client/Design Team and compile the Pre-construction information and Construction Phase Plans on your behalf.

We are able to provide input during the pre-contract discussions to ensure that hazards associated with the work/project are assessed for the overall risk potential to be identified and included in Safety Information documents for the works proposed. We can also attend pre-contract/design meetings with clients working under your umbrella.

Maintenance of Standards
We undertake full Health & Safety Management system audits to identify where your company is in relation to general legal requirements but also best practice. We can also audit you against a recognised Health & Safety accreditation scheme (i.e. CHAS) with a view to helping gain accreditation These are generally undertaken annually to ensure standards are maintained. We can help with monitoring of site safety performance by inspecting sites on a regular basis.  The frequency depending on the size and complexity of the project and the individual requirements. The inspection is carried out
with the Site Manager where specific advice and guidance is given and a written report produced. A copy of this report is emailed to the client’s office as soon as possible after the inspection with a hard copy left on site with the Site Manager for action.

Company Updates (sites)
We can produce a monthly health and safety performance report based on the above siteinspection regime. The report will cover standards across a company’s projects or sites broken down as per your specific requirements. This is a useful tool to monitor standards internally and can form part of the Directors Board Report.

Incident Investigation
A full emergency response service is available which will provide an experienced Health and Safety Adviser to carry out a full investigation into any incident/accident as soon as is possible. The investigation will detail in full the accident/incident (with photographs, statements etc.) and provides
recommendations to prevent reoccurrence. Where relevant, notification direct to the enforcing Authorities will be carried out as part of the investigation.
